RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All items MUST be unworn and show no sign of wear, as well has having have all Pez León Swimwear tags attached.
  • Full refund will be issued on any non sale or non offer items ONLY.
  • All sale or offer items will be refunded with a credit note ONLY.
  • Cash on delivery are credit refund only.
  • We offer 15 AED per item charge to UAE customers if you are changing the size only.
  • Exchanges for a different style/colour will need to processed as a new sale.
  • If you are in the UAE we do offer a return pick up for 30 AED, this will be taken from your refund.

*Please note that all shipping/delivery costs will not be refunded*

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than 14 days after the day we receive items back from you.
