How do I return my order?
If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All items MUST be unworn and show no sign of wear, as well has having have all Pez León Swimwear tags attached.
All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than:
-14days after the day we receive items back from you.
-14days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
*please note that all shipping/delivery costs will not be refunded*
Please fill out the returns form HERE and our team will be in contact with you with our returns form within 48 hours.
Are Returns Free?
We do not offer free returns in the UAE or worldwide.
If you are in the UAE we do offer a return pick up for 30 AED, this will be taken from your refund.
*Please note that all shipping/delivery costs will not be refunded*
If you are outside the UAE then you must arrange your own return and cover the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty or damaged
Please make sure to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information. *PLEASE STATE THE PACKAGE IS A RETURN WHEN BOOKING WITH THE COURIER
How do I know I’ve been refunded?
Please allow us 14 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received your items back. We will notify you by email stating your refund status and amount.
If by any chance you do not hear from us within 14 working days please contact us here so that one of our team can look into this for you.
I’ve received the incorrect item, what should I do?
Mistakes can happen sometimes, so it’s our job to sort this as quickly as possible. If you have received an item in your order that you didn’t purchase, please get in touch here and let us know, one of our team will be happy to help you.
I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
We take any faults or issues with items seriously at Pez León Swimwear. If you should happen to find a fault with your order, please send this back to us as a return here and state in the message *FAULTY ITEM* one of our team will be in contact with you to arrange a return and exchange.
One of my items is missing from my order, what do I do now?
Our parcels are checked thoroughly before we dispatch them so this is unlikely to happen however, mistakes can be made. It’s important you get in touch as soon as possible if you have something missing from your order.If the item you are missing is still in stock,we will be happy to post this out to you immediately. If the item is no longer in stock, we will refund this back to you.
